International Applications
Turkey is a party to the most significant international treaties for the protection of IP rights. By means of such treaties, it is possible to submit an application through the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office for the protection of an IP right in another country.
Treaties through which Aksoy IP may submit an application from Turkey for the protection of the IP rights in the member states are as follows:

Trademarks: The Madrid Protocol;

Patents: The Patent Cooperation Treaty (“PCT”) and European Patent Convention (“EPC”);

Designs: The Hague Agreement (Geneva Act 1999).
