The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPTO) has announced its official fees applicable as of 2026.

As the TPTO does not publish an English version of its official fee schedule, this page is prepared to provide international clients and partner firms with a clear reference.

All official fees are payable to the TPTO in Turkish Lira (TRY).

The currency equivalents shown in the table below are calculated based on the OANDA Currency Converter exchange rates as of 1 January 2026 and are provided for reference purposes only.
